I initially found a passion for photography through landscape and nature photography. Growing up in Georgia, I had plenty of access to hiking trails where I was able to take lots of beautiful pictures of the surrounding area. I especially loved (and still love) flying my drone and capturing beautiful pictures of Georgia’s geography. Georgia is also full of amazing animals like flying squirrels, deer, and even the occasional dolphin along the coastline. Luckily enough, I’ve been able to capture some photos and videos of all of these incredible creatures using my GoPro.
Over the last few years, I’ve gradually transitioned from nature and landscape photography to portraits. I’ve always been a people person, so getting to know my subjects is something I really enjoy. I also enjoy getting to highlight different aspects of my subjects’ personalities in their portraits. Whether the person is a talkative extrovert or a bookish introvert, I always enjoy finding a way to capture their interests and character traits in my pictures.
While photography started out as a side hustle, it’s actually turned into a full time job for me. I often travel to the surrounding states to take pictures for people.
